For 4 years, we managed the strategy, creativity and development for Club Nokia, at that time one of Spain’s biggest loyalty clubs, with millions of members.

The scope of work covered all areas: from consultancy on the kind of benefits that could be more appealing to members to emailing design, campaign ads and microsites, as well as analytics reporting for all pieces and actions (websites, emailings, redemptions, satisfaction surveys, etc.).
