Wysiwyg / Razorfish: managing direction

From 2008 to 2011, I managed Wysiwyg in a key moment: its integration with Razorfish, one of the world’s biggest digital agencies. Wysiwyg was one of Spain’s first ever digital marketing agencies in which I’d started up my career as strategic planner in January, 2000.

With a team that varied between 35 and 60 people, during those 3 years I covered the following tasks reporting to the Razorfish President for Europe:

  • The integration of Wysiwyg in Razorfish’s international network.
  • New business development
  • Strategic approach of the most relevant projects for the agency.
  • Annual budget planning and management.
  • Work methodology and processes.
  • Agency positioning and communication.
  • HR management.
  • Client service and negotiation.

The list of clients I worked for along my 11 years at Wysiwyg include: Vodafone, Coca-Cola (Aquarius), Nokia, ICEX (Spanish Government Agency for the impulse of Spanish exports), Diesel International, Greenpeace, Camper, Absolut, Amstel, Burger King, Repsol, BBVA, Barclays Bank, Font Vella (Danone Waters), Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Loewe, Vocento (important Spanish communication and press group), Atlético de Madrid, Cuétara, Red Eléctrica de España, Trucco, Germaine de Capuccini, Lancia, Betclic and Sage SP.
