With Tuenti’s app you were able to speak longer thanks to its Voice over IP tech, make calls using your number and address book on any device (no matter if it was yours or not), record calls, add sound effects and, of course, manage any option in your account with a simple swipe.

It was, probably, Spain’s and Latam most innovative mobile operator app and a key driver to attract clients. But it had a problem: most of its target believed it only covered standard account management functionalities. Consequently, download rates were low and it did not push business.

We decided to change its communication concept, focus on the most relevant benefits for the 15-25 year-old target in Spain and Latam and bring out its main advantage – the empowerment of calls in every sense – in its communication concept:  “Let no one shut you up” (“Que nadie te calle”), which was applied in classic communication formats and on more detailed descriptions such as those in app stores.
